Welcome to the Waterside II at Bay Beach Condominium Owners Association (COA) Inc website! The goal of this website is to improve communication and access to important Waterside II HOA documents and forms for owners. Only registered Waterside II owners may have full access to this website.

Returning visitors who have already registered (have set up a user name and password) should scroll all the way up to the upper right hand corner of this home page and click on log in to gain access to the full site.

IMPORTANT NOTICES:

The elevator upgrade(s) is scheduled to begin June 8 and anticipated to be completed by mid-August. Please know that ONLY one elevator will be operating while one is being upgraded. All unit modifications will need to be postponed until completion of this project.
Hurricane season officially starts June 1. Please make sure your unit is in full compliance with the Waterside II Closing Checklist which can be found in the Owner Resources section of the website.
Painting of the exterior of the building is tentatively scheduled to begin July 6. This project will take approximately 8 weeks. If your vehicle is parked underneath the carport, it will, at some point, need to be moved so please leave a set of car keys in your unit. More information to follow as we get closer.
